Reginald Stroble, Ed.D., assistant director of SASP

As a high school graduate with few prospects, Reginald Stroble鈥檚 mother gave him two options: join the military or work while attending college. He chose the latter, first pursuing an associate degree at his local community college and later, his bachelor鈥檚 degree from Virginia State University. Stroble went on to earn his master鈥檚 degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Virginia Tech and just this April, his Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Stroble is a higher education practitioner advocating for social justice and minority student populations. He specializes in creating success initiatives for African American students while building strategic partnerships to enhance the appreciation of diversity and improve programs for all underserved/underrepresented students.

Stroble is assistant director for Student Achievement and Success program at Anne Arundel Community College.
