This Academic Program Articulation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date last signed below by and between Anne Arundel Community College ("Sending Institution") and University of Maryland College Park ("Receiving Institution") (collectively, the "Institutions") to facilitate the transfer of academic credits from the Associate of Science in Public Health Professions, HEGIS code 492000 and CIP code 512201, for the completion of Bachelor of Science in Public Health Science, HEGIS code 121401, and CIP code 512299 (the "Program(s)").
